This one you never seen me do. It’s an old 70s song from a good band. Likee??? NOTE: Someone might have noticed Chirs playing rhythm guitar. He’s using my ’64 reissue on my Marshall reissue 2016X 20 watts head.

I LOVE the “Livin’ It” album by the Pete Haycock Band! I can’t wait to get the remastered CD — and yes, you’re right; there’s a smokin’ version of Pete’s original “Blackjack and Me” on that! To those of you who are enjoying this “cover” clip, check out the real deal on “Livin’ It” — that whole album is amazing, actually!!!

Good rendition of a song Written by Pete Haycock, one of the founding members of the Climax Blues Band. This song is soon to be released again on “Livin It” This is a remastered mix of the old album. Coming soon to CD Baby

This is a decent cover of an original song by the Climax Blues Band, circa 1984. CBB’s “Blackjack and Me” featured vocals and lead-guitar pyrotechnics by the amazing Pete Haycock. The Pete Haycock Band later featured a great Live version of this on the Live album entitled “Livin’ It”, which is hard to find. Pete Haycock is back on the road now with a great new band, Pete Haycock’s True Blues (featuring Glen Turner — a great guitarist too)! Ask the folks at RMI Sound (dot com) about these!

I think your singer should sing how he does on this video when he does something like highway to hell because that would improve it a lot.

prboyd, thank you lots Phil. I hope so. We all do hope so. It’s hard. There’s all kinds of aspects. Individual personalities put together, equipment trouble, not remembering parts when going live, shyness when performing. Everything you can imagine. But I think it’s worth it and I’ll keep trying hard trying to put out my best. All the best to you, Fil
