its reely good, but semyon dukach is the only name thats the same, mr. m’s name in the book is victor, and katie is named allie, i will admit the book is a little brutal, like running people over, overdoses, and theft, but its a big thrill, its great

ya, its a guy at the edge of the pool in shades looking up at 1 girl with spread legs, but yeah semyon and victor are trying to land their plane and it crashes, they barely escape but then victor goes back into the burning plane to get a bag off cash. im not spoiling it, thats just the prologue, but its a really good book you should seeriously get it.

lol, yeah thats it, but the wh0ole documentry doesnt match, because in the book its more about shuffle tracking but here its about card counting, and in the book theres a part where a plane is trying to land at the begining but it isnt here, but yeah i really wanna read that book!!! how does the cover of your book look? does it have a jack of, i think damonds? or a guy looking up at girls?

holy shit, SEMYON DUKACH!!!!!!!!! I just realized that this whole story is the book that i finished last week about this MIT team, the book is called BUSTING VEGAS, and the main character’s name is semyon dukach, i think some names in the books were changed for privacy reasons, but i know that book was about the team that this documenatry is talking about

No the majority of money went towards the investors who gave them the money to gamble. Management got about 40% and the rest 10% went to players. That was one of the reasons of the original break up cause they simply didn’t make enough money but took all of the risks.

The original blackjack team( the one that the movie 21 is based on) they once made $500,000 in one weekend. there were 6 people on the team.. therefore each got about 83-84 grand each person

If I was asked to join a blackjack team I’d be a bit hesitant because these MIT students, I hear, only made $25,000 a year plus comps plus getting barred from many casinos while on this team. Myself, I believe if you can’t beat the casinos all by yourself, you can’t do well in a team without serious practice and help.
