a poker face is a straight face (they call it that because while youre playing poker youre supposed to keep a very straight face so that no one can tell if you have good cards or not) so lady gaga explained the song means when she was with her boyfriend making love, she’d keep a poker face so he wouldn’t be able to tell she was really fantasizing about women because she’s bisexual.
