Does sleep clause disqualify you if you Psycho Shift 2 sleeps to the opponent via Rest+Sleep Talk?

Yes. You cannot inflict sleep on more than one of your opponents pokemon at a time. Inflicting it with a deflected Rest isn’t a loophole, you still inflict sleep.
