This is first of a three part series in which Electronicwaffle shows off his pachislo slot machine. With Annotations Giant Pulsar is a three reel japanese skill stop slot machine. In this video Waffle shows off the outside of the machine. He explains how the machine works, and how the legalities of Japan cripple the machine when compared to Las Vegas counter-parts. He also plays a few spins and debates if the machine is actually skill or chance based. He explains some strategy as well.

it could be rigged such that it will vary your stop by a split second or so just to mess up the real spin by 1 or 2 to prevent a win unless it wants you to win
