Question by Kenny: How do I edit videos like this?

So for that video above, from 0:31-0:37, the guy said “You can play games like poker….right after he said poker, idk what it’s called but the video got edited and there was like a tiny cut between “poker” and “blackjack” I just want to know how to do that cutting thing with the videos and also, is it available for Windows Movie Maker? If so, post a link for a tutorial for it or you can just tell me how. Thanks
