well i think shes using the term “russian roulette” as a sort of metaphore to say shes taking a chance on getting really hurt in a relatioship, but she felt it was something she had to do. and it was scary, but she was at a point of no return.

for those of you who dont know:

Russian Roulette: an illegale game used mainly by the KKK and the Mafia, in which a single bullet was loaded into a six-round gun, and therefore when the trigger is pulled the target has a 1 in 6 chance of getting killed.
